We kindly ask that you bring your Service log as well as the spare key to your vehicle with you when you come for your service at Sutherland Volkswagen.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly service advisors who will check you in for your service. Together, we walk around your vehicle to identify any parts of your vehicle that require attention for our technicians to attend to. We pride oursevles on our professionalism and customer service, and always put our customers first.

If you decide to have your car serviced at Sutherland Volkswagen, you’ll benefit from a complimentary shuttle bus. We’re delighted to provide our shuttle bus service Monday – Friday for your convenience.

LOAN VEHICLES

If you think you’ll need a set of wheels whilst your motor is being serviced, that’s no problem. We can arrange one for you at an incredibly low $45 a day (subject to availability and some conditions).
We only have a limited number of loan cars available – we ask that you let us know at the time your booking, so we can get this swiftly organised for you.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE COLLECTION
There’s nothing more inconvenient than having to take time off work to get your errands done. So that we can provide you with the best possible service, we provide an early drop-off and late collection service so you can stop by on your way home from work with help from our safe and secure lock out system.

CUSTOMER LOUNGE
If your car is only going to be with us for a short while, you may decide you’d rather wait in our customer lounge. You’ll always be welcome to make yourself comfortable with our free Wi-Fi connection, Foxtel channels, fresh coffee. We’ll also supply the morning newspapers for you!

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Whichever way you prefer to pay, we’ll no doubt be able to accommodate you. We accept payment by credit card and EFTPOS – and we also offer fleet card payment options too, including motor pass, motor charge and Amex.
